Uganda Airlines Inaugural flight, Uganda airlines sparked off during the collapse of the East African community and split of the east African airway in 1976 owned 100 percent by the Ugandan government, it faced challenges that led to its collapse starting from the liberation wars, and by 2001 it had ceased operation with a number of failed attempts by different private sector initiatives to take place of the national airlines.
In April 2019, two bombardier CRJ900 aircraft were purchased from Canada and more craft is expected into the country to reach the six airplane fleet, the planned destinations include Tanzania, South Africa, Kenya. Rwanda, Zambia, Europe, and Sudan are expected to be added on the flight later as they await the arrival of the new air crafts in September.
Uganda Airlines Inaugural flight
Today the bombardier has taken an inaugural flight to Nairobi a day before its scheduled date, carrying technical officers, government officials, and media to Nairobi a 55 minutes flight from Entebbe international airport to Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta airlines.

Beginning August 27, 2019, to 22 September respectively, follow the Uganda airlines for a safer and direct flight to the pearl of Africa, the no one leading tourism destination endowed with abundant wildlife, fresh food and very hospitable people.
