Day 1 Airport Transfer
Arrive at Entebbe airport. Meet & greet by Pamoja Safaris representative. Transfer to accommodation {+/- 10 min}
Lake Heights Boutique Hotel Entebbe – Bed and breakfast
Day 2 Scheduled flight to Kidepo National Park
Morning breakfast, then at 11h00 transfer to Entebbe airport for the scheduled flight to Kidepo. Arrive in Kidepo and pick up be lodge vehicle. Afternoon game drive and sundowner. Overnight at Apoka Safari Lodge
Day 3 Game drive and community visit
Early morning game drive and afternoon visit Karamojong Community. Sundowner with snacks and drinks. Evening game drives back to the lodge. Barbeque dinner (if the weather allows). Overnight at Apoka Safari Lodge
Day 4 Visit the Ik Tribes
Early morning departure and go to the very unique and unknown IK tribe. Return to the lodge in the evening. Sundowner drinks and evening dinner. Overnight at Apoka Safari Lodge
Day 5 Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
Early morning game drives with your private driver/guide. As we head out of the park we shall make a game drive in search of the early game that is out for hunting J. Arrive at the lodge in the afternoon. Evening game drive. Overnight at Bakers lodge
Day 6 Morning game drive, Afternoon Community visit
Early morning game drives through the park in search of wildlife. Then bring a visit to Mubaku women Empowering group. After the Best Gorilla trekking safari with the women, we shall go for a launch cruise in search of wildlife. Onshore and see the magnificent Murchison Falls. We then got off the boat and hike to the top of the falls! You will then be picked up by your driver/guide and return with a short game drive back to the lodge. Overnight at Bakers lodge
Day 7 Drive to Kibale National Park
After breakfast, we shall start our journey toward the western part of Uganda. We shall leave early this day and if we leave at 07h00 we shall drive straight to the fort portal area. Although we suggest overnight in between we make enough stops en route and as per your request, we shall then reach Kyaninga Lodge FB. Overnight at Kyaninga Lodge
Day 8 Visit the Amabere, Afternoon visit the tea factory
After breakfast, we shall drive towards the Amabere ga Nyinamwiru and the Crater Lake area. Go for a walk around this area. On return, we shall visit the fort portal tea Plantations. Overnight at Kyaninga Lodge.
Day 9 Chimpanzee tracking in Kibale National Park
After an early breakfast depart towards Kibale National park for the Chimpanzee tracking. {+/- 1-hour drive}.in the afternoon go for the Bigodi Swamp walk. Return to the lodge in the evening. Overnight at Kyaninga Lodge
Day 10 Drive to lake Albert, Shoebill Safari
Today we get up really early around 06h00 and set off shortly after that towards Lake Albert. The ride will be around { /+3 Hours}. Set off around 08h00 for the boat ride on Lake Albert in search of the shoebill. On the return pass by Semliki Safari Lodge for lunch and return back to Kyaninga in the afternoon. Overnight at Kyaninga Lodge
Day 11 Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Depart after breakfast and drive towards Queen Elizabeth National park. Visit the Salt Lake Village and continue through the park with a game drive. In the afternoon visit the Maramagamo wood. Overnight at Kyambura Gorge Lodge FB
Day 12 Game drive, Afternoon Boat safari
Early morning game drives through the park. Then have lunch at Mweya Safari Lodge. In the afternoon go for a boat cruise over the Kazinga Channel. Overnight at Kyambura Gorge Lodge
Day 13 Chimpanzee tracking at the Gorge
After breakfast head towards the Kyambura Forest for the primate walk and Chimpanzee experience. If time allows continue with a walk through the Kyambura Wetlands.
Have lunch at the Lodge and depart after lunch towards the southern sector of the park. Ishasha in search of tree-climbing lions. Evening game drive. Overnight at lshasha Wilderness Camp
Day 14 Tree climbing lion game drive
Early morning game drive in search of the tree-climbing lions. Then from Ishasa we shall drive towards Kabale town and continue towards the most stunning and one of the deepest Lake in Africa, Lake Bunyonyi. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight Birdsnest Lake Bunyonyi
Day 15 Drive to Bwindi Forest National Park
Today after a relaxing breakfast we depart towards Bwindi. A 5 to 6 hours drive that will take us to the Nkuringo area of the park. This is the southern part of Bwindi. We shall reach the Lodge in time for high tea.Overnight at Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge
Day 16 Gorilla trekking
Gorilla tracking in the Rushaga. Return to the lodge. Overnight at Cloud Mountain Gorilla Lodge
Day 17 Transfer to Rwanda via the Kyanika border
After breakfast drive towards Kisoro town. Then from there, it is about 1,5 hours till we reach the Rwanda Border. After clearance at the border, we shall continue our journey to Rwanda. Overnight at Virunga Lodge
Day 18 Second Gorilla trekking
Gorilla tracking in Rwanda. Even though we know the preferences of tracking. Return to the Lodge in the evening. Overnight at Virunga Lodge
Day 19 Golden monkey tracking
After an early breakfast, we shall drive 45 minutes to the forest area where you shall go for your golden monkey tracking.
We shall return to the Lodge in the afternoon for lunch. After if you are still up for it we shall hike towards the Lake Bulera from the lodge. Return to the Lodge in the evening.Overnight at Virunga Lodge FB.
Day 20 Drive to Kigali
Drive towards Kigali after breakfast. If you would like to visit the Genocide museum we stop there. do city tour later and transfer to the airport for your international flight back home.
